Cowatec - Technical and biological commissioning

Upon completion of the biogas plant, Cowatec offers a technical and biological commissioning service in order to reach the rated output of the plant as soon as possible. The customer can choose between commissioning support and complete commissioning by Cowatec specialists. This ensures that the operator has experienced technical personnel to hand when starting up the biogas plant.

On the technical side this means, for example, that the combined heating and power station and the entire plant control are exactly adjusted to individual requirements. Thus the plant is commissioned under specialist guidance as well as under constant monitoring. At the same time, the operating personnel are instructed during the initial phase and trained for future tasks concerning the operation of the biogas plant.

Cowatec specialists also apply the same degree of precision to biological process management. Cowatec analysing monitors the process biological parameters continuously that demonstrate the development of the microbiological performance of the plant.

Under good conditions, Cowatec-biogas plants have been proved to be capable of running at full capacity in as soon as six to ten weeks.

Subsequently, the input of the fermentation process can be optimised by the addition of supplementary process additives such as the enzyme preparation MethaPlus.

In order to sustainanbly ensure maximum biogas production, biogas producers in Germany rely upon the Cowatec BiogasPlantOptimisationProgram (bop).
